When you interact with Ashcroft Trading Academy, we collect only what we need to run the academy:

• Contact details — your name and email address, when you submit a form, enroll, or write to the desk.
• Application and enrollment answers — the program you’re applying for, your trading experience, and anything you tell us about your goals.
• Payment information — handled entirely by our third-party payment processor. We never see or store your full card number; we receive only a confirmation of payment and the details needed for receipts and refunds.
• Basic usage and analytics data — pages visited, approximate location, device and browser type, collected via cookies and similar technologies to understand how the site is used.

We use the data above for four things:

• Processing your enrollment or application, including reviewing Inner Circle applications.
• Delivering course access — setting up your account, community invitation, and program materials.
• Responding to your inquiries when you contact the desk.
• Occasional product emails — cohort openings, curriculum updates, and desk announcements. Every one includes an opt-out link, and unsubscribing takes one click.

We never sell your personal data. Not to advertisers, not to "partners," not to anyone.

We share data only with the service providers required to run the business — website hosting, email delivery, and payment processing — and only the minimum each needs to do its job. These providers are bound to use your data solely to provide their service to us.

We keep your data only as long as it serves a purpose: enrollment and payment records for as long as your account is active and as required for tax and accounting obligations, inquiry emails for up to two years, and analytics data in aggregate form.

We protect your data with industry-standard measures — encrypted connections (HTTPS) across the entire site, access limited to the people who need it, and reputable providers for hosting, email, and payments. No system is perfectly secure, but we treat your data with the same discipline we teach: define the risk, then manage it.

Your data belongs to you. At any time, you can ask us to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Correct anything that’s inaccurate or out of date.
• Delete your data, subject to records we’re legally required to keep (such as payment records for tax purposes).

To exercise any of these rights, email the desk — we respond to data requests within 30 days, usually much faster.

This site uses cookies and similar technologies for two purposes: essential functionality (keeping forms working, protecting against spam via reCAPTCHA) and basic analytics (understanding which pages are read and how visitors find us).

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site will keep working; some forms and protections may behave less smoothly.

This website and our programs are intended for adults. The site is not directed at children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us data, contact the desk and we will delete it.

If we change this policy, we’ll update this page and revise the "Last updated" date at the top. For material changes — anything that alters what we collect or how we use it — we’ll also notify active students and members by email before the change takes effect.
