#pre-market-plan
Marcus posts his annotated plan at 8:15am ET every session — levels, thesis, invalidation, target. Pinned before the open, graded after the close.
The community
Every Ashcroft program includes access to the same private community: 900+ active traders working the same playbook, a desk that publishes its plan before every open, and a culture where the journal — not the screenshot — is the unit of respect.

What’s inside
The community runs on a private Discord server, organized the way a desk is — by function, not by noise level.
Marcus posts his annotated plan at 8:15am ET every session — levels, thesis, invalidation, target. Pinned before the open, graded after the close.
Real-time reads during market hours. Structure calls, liquidity notes, and the occasional "stand down" — the most valuable message a desk can send.
Post a journaled trade, get it dissected. Every review follows the same rubric: context, entry, risk, management, exit. No journal entry, no review.
Weekly accountability thread. Members post their week’s stats — win rate, average R, rule violations — and the streak leaderboard tracks consistency, not P&L.
Where Method students log their 100-trade backtesting protocol. Templates, edge-case discussions, and graduated students reviewing newcomers’ samples.
Books, setups (the hardware kind), and everything that isn’t a chart. Traders are people; this channel remembers that.
Daily rhythm
Consistency is the product. The desk has posted its plan before every US session since 2019 — including the sessions it said “don’t trade today.”
8:15am ET
Levels, thesis, invalidation — posted before every session, no exceptions since 2019.
9:30am ET
Live structure reads in #live-tape through the opening drive — the setup window the Method is built around.
12:30pm ET
Morning plan graded against what actually happened. Wins and misses, annotated.
4:15pm ET
End-of-day recap and journal prompts. The day isn’t over until it’s written down.
House rules
Most trading communities rot into screenshot contests. Ours doesn’t, because these four rules are moderated daily.
No P&L screenshots without the journal entry. A green number with no context is noise. Every result shared must come with the thesis and risk that produced it.
Losses get posted too. The community norm is set from the top: Marcus publishes his losing trades with the same detail as his winners.
No calls, no "signals" from members. Only the desk publishes trade ideas, and every one is logged publicly. Members share process, not tips.
Respect the stand-down. When conditions don’t fit the playbook, the desk says so. Pressuring others to trade a dead tape gets one warning.
